Our mission is to recruit, train, and supervise community volunteers to advocate for the best interest of children and to support and strengthen families who are before the court as a result of abuse or neglect.
Our Vision is to assign a CASA volunteer in every dependent neglect (DN) case filed in the 19th Judicial District Court for every child who is removed from his or her home due to allegations of abuse or neglect.
Keeli oversees the daily operations of the organization, provides leadership and support to staff and volunteers, manages court and case management responsibilities, facilitates advocate training, builds community partnerships, and ensures the program fulfills its mission of advocating for the best interests of children in foster care.
Kerri is responsible for managing organizational records and financial books, supporting marketing and community outreach efforts, and working closely with the Executive Director to uphold CASA’s mission of advocating for children in foster care.
Kindra provides leadership and oversight to the board, ensures effective governance, supports the executive director, and helps guide the organization in fulfilling its mission of advocating for foster children.
Lori partners with the Board Chair to strengthen governance, steps in as acting chair when needed, and plays a key role in supporting the board’s leadership and organizational mission.
Kelcy ensures accurate documentation and transparency by managing board meeting minutes, maintaining official records, and supporting effective communication among board members.
Jessica oversees the organization’s financial integrity—managing budgets, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, monitoring income and expenses, and supporting fiscal reporting to the board, funders, and stakeholders .
Suzy serves as supportive ambassadors and engages advisors, championing the organization's mission. They aid with resource development, community outreach, and strategic initiatives—lending their expertise and networks to enhance programs for foster children.
Steve is dedicated to advancing specific strategic goals, such as fundraising, outreach, or program development.

CASA of Lincoln County’s Board of Trustees hold regularly scheduled meetings. Individuals wishing to communicate with the Board are encouraged to contact the organization.
